In Friday's league test, the Marquette Manor Baptist Academy Minutemen (Downers Grove, IL) basketball squad defeated the host Berean Christian Kingsmen (Rockford, IL), by a score of 38-23.

Next, the Minutemen clash with the Berean Christian Kingsmen (Rockford, IL) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 7. Marquette Manor Baptist Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.

The Kingsmen (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Wisconsin School for the Deaf (Delavan, WI). The Firebirds come into the non-league test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Wisconsin School for the Deaf overcame Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (Faribault, MN), 54-25, in a non-league test.
