In Friday's league contest, the host Central Gwinnett Black Knights basketball team scored a big 65-16 triumph over the Mountain View Bears.
The Black Knights (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Buford (Buford, GA). The Wolves go into the AAAAAA Region 8 contest with a 17-2 record. In their last contest, Buford was trounced by North Forsyth (Cumming, GA), 55-44, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bears confront the Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 8 contest, on Monday, January 27. Mountain View will attempt to better on its 1-20 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 8-12 record after their 49-43 league win over Dacula (Dacula, GA).
