With the victory, Poly advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Parrots travel to Holy Martyrs Armenian (Encino, CA) to face the Armens in a non-league match on Saturday, January 25. The Armens enter the match with a record of 11-9. Holy Martyrs Armenian lost 44-43 in their recent non-league match against Oakwood (North Hollywood, CA)

The Eagles now own a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grant for a East Valley match on Monday, January 27. Chavez will face a Lancers squad coming off a 28-16 non-league win over University (Los Angeles, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 7-5.
