The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers (McMinnville, TN) and the host Columbia Central Lions (Columbia, TN), observed Warren County's basketball team overcome Columbia Central by a score of 36-21.

The Pioneers & Lady Pioneers (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against DeKalb County (Smithville, TN). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-12 record. In their last challenge, DeKalb County dropped by Stone Memorial (Crossville, TN), 70-56, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Spring Hill Raiders (Columbia, TN) in a 4A District 9 challenge, on Saturday, January 25. Columbia Central will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record.
