The Eagles (17-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Cumby (Cumby, TX). The Trojans come into the 2A Region II District 15 challenge with a 12-11 record. In their last challenge, Cumby prevailed over Yantis (Yantis, TX), 50-24, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Boles Hornets (Quinlan, TX) in a 2A Region II District 15 challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Cooper will attempt to improve on its 14-13 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 22-8 record after their 52-6 league win over Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy (Greenville, TX).
