In Friday's non-league contest, the host Conard Red Wolves basketball team scored a close 38-36 win over the Windsor Warriors.
The Red Wolves (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Simsbury (Simsbury, CT). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Simsbury was tipped by Newington (Newington, CT), 38-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Portsmouth Abbey Ravens (Portsmouth, RI) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Windsor will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record.
