The Robinson Rockets basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Connally Cadets to 41 in the Rockets league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now have a 15-10 record. They play next when they travel to La Vega for a 4A Region III District 23 game on Tuesday, January 28. Robinson will confront a Pirates team coming off a 86-46 league win over China Spring (China Spring, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 24-6.

With the loss, Connally falls to 6-22 on the campaign. The Cadets host Lorena (Lorena, TX) to confront the Leopards in a 4A Region III District 23 game on Tuesday, January 28. The Leopards go into the game with a record of 21-8.
