The Cotter Warriors basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Marshall Bobcats to 35 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now possess a 10-10 record. They play next when they travel to Tuckerman for a 2A Region 2 game on Tuesday, January 28. Cotter will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 53-37 league loss to Mammoth Spring (Mammoth Spring, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 21-9.

With the loss, Marshall falls to 13-9 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Sloan-Hendrix (Imboden, AR) to confront the Greyhounds in a 2A Region 2 game on Tuesday, January 28. The Greyhounds go into the game with a record of 25-3. Sloan-Hendrix won 69-9 in their recent non-league game against Hoxie (Hoxie, AR)
