The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Creswell Bulldogs (Creswell, OR) and the host Elmira Falcons (Elmira, OR), observed Creswell's basketball team knock off Elmira by a score of 41-33.
The Bulldogs (15-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, OR). The Billies come into the 3A Mountain Valley challenge with a 15-4 record. In their last challenge, Pleasant Hill prevailed over Sisters (Sisters, OR), 46-40, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons encounter the Harrisburg Eagles (Harrisburg, OR) in a 3A Mountain Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Elmira will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 13-7 record after their 42-23 league win over La Pine (La Pine, OR).
