Wisconsin High School Basketball - D.C. Everest routs Wausau East

In Friday's league contest, the visiting D.C. Everest Evergreens basketball team scored a big 57-27 triumph over the Wausau East Lumberjacks.

The Evergreens (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Marshfield (Marshfield, WI). The Tigers go into the Wisconsin Valley contest with a 8-8 record. In their last match, Marshfield overwhelmed Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), 70-61, in a league match.

The Lumberjacks now own a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Merrill for a Wisconsin Valley match on Tuesday, January 28. Wausau East will face a Bluejays squad coming off a 61-52 league loss to Wausau West (Wausau, WI). The Bluejays record now stands at 5-12.
