The Greenbrier East Spartans (Lewisburg, WV) basketball crushed the host Shady Spring Tigers (Shady Spring, WV), 82-40 in Friday's league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 13-0 record. They play next when they host Hurricane for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 25. Greenbrier East will play a Redskins team coming off a 68-27 non-league win over Ripley (Ripley, WV). The Redskins record now stands at 13-0.
