The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Kelly Walsh Trojans (Casper, WY) and the host Rock Springs TIGERS (Rock Springs, WY), observed Kelly Walsh's basketball team knock off Rock Springs by a score of 45-30.

The Trojans (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Green River (Green River, WY). The Wolves come into the 4A West challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Green River dropped by Evanston (Evanston, WY), 41-37, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the TIGERS encounter the Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY) in a 4A West challenge, on Saturday, January 25. Rock Springs will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 59-26 league win over Jackson Hole (Jackson, WY).
