Washington High School Basketball - Mead knocks off University

In Friday's league contest, the host Mead Panthers basketball team scored a good 54-44 win over the University Titans.
The Panthers (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Ridgeline (Liberty Lake, WA). The Falcons come into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Ridgeline defeated Ferris (Spokane, WA), 68-41, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Titans battle the Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest, on Tuesday, January 28. University will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 7-9 record after their 64-33 league win over Shadle Park (Spokane, WA).
