In Friday's league contest, the host Woodrow Wilson Bruins basketball team scored a good 41-22 win over the Millikan Rams.

The Bruins (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA). The Jackrabbits come into the Moore contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Long Beach Poly defeated King/Drew (Los Angeles, CA), 56-18, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Lakewood Lancers (Lakewood, CA) in a Moore contest, on Monday, January 27. Millikan will attempt to better on its 11-13 season record. The Lancers come into the contest with a 16-7 record after their 56-39 league loss to Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA).
