In Friday's league contest, the visiting Panther Creek Panthers basketball team scored a good 43-29 triumph over the Sanger Indians.
The Panthers (19-6) will now prepare for their contest against Celina (Celina, TX). The Bobcats go into the 4A Region II District 9 contest with a 13-12 record. In their last contest, Celina topped Aubrey (Aubrey, TX), 58-33, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Indians confront the Lake Dallas Falcons (Corinth, TX) in a 4A Region II District 9 contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Sanger will attempt to better on its 22-8 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 17-10 record after their 65-15 league win over Gainesville (Gainesville, TX).
