The Spearville Lancers basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Pawnee Heights Tigers to 27 in the Lancers league triumph on Friday.

The Lancers now have a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Satanta for a Southern Plains-Iroquois game on Tuesday, February 4. Spearville will confront a Indians team coming off a 59-45 non-league loss to Ashland (Ashland, KS). The Indians record now stands at 3-9.

With the loss, Pawnee Heights falls to 0-12 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Kiowa County (Greensburg, KS) to confront the Mavericks in a Southern Plains-Iroquois game on Monday, January 27. The Mavericks go into the game with a record of 3-8. Kiowa County lost 65-61 in their recent league game against South Central (Coldwater, KS)
