In Friday's league contest, the host Willard Crimson Flashes basketball team scored a good 53-40 triumph over the Port Clinton Redskins.
The Crimson Flashes (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Columbian (Tiffin, OH). The Tornadoes go into the non-league contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Columbian was toppled by Bellevue (Bellevue, OH), 58-26, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Redskins confront the Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 25. Port Clinton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Fliers enter the outing with a 8-9 record after their 55-42 league loss to Norwalk (Norwalk, OH).
