The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Trinity Christian School of Griffin LIONS (Griffin, GA) and the visiting Praise Academy Lions (Powder Springs, GA), observed Trinity Christian School of Griffin's basketball team overcome Praise Academy by a margin of 39-26.

The LIONS (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Peoples Baptist Academy (McDonough, GA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Peoples Baptist Academy dropped by Appling Christian Academy (Baxley, GA), 42-34, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Oakwood Christian Eagles (Chickamauga, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 25. Praise Academy will attempt to better on its 1-14 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 56-22 non-league win over Berean Academy (Hixson, TN).
