Nevada High School Basketball - Lowry overwhelms Spring Creek

January 24, 2025: Winnemucca, NV 89445

The Lowry Buckaroos basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Spring Creek Spartans to 11 in the Buckaroos league triumph on Friday.

The Buckaroos now have a 16-0 record. They play next when they host Elko for a game on Saturday, January 25. Lowry will confront a Indians team coming off a 33-30 non-league win over Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV). The Indians record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Spring Creek falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Churchill County (Fallon, NV) to confront the Greenwave in a non-league game on Saturday, January 25. The Greenwave go into the game with a record of 0-5. Churchill County lost 27-25 in their recent non-league game against Fernley (Fernley, NV)
