The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) and the visiting Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA), observed Kennedy's basketball team overwhelm Sylmar by a score of 46-14.

The Cougars (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Reseda (Reseda, CA). The Regents come into the challenge with a 0-1 record.

In their next game, the Spartans encounter the Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 29. Sylmar will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
