The Sumner Spartans defeated the visiting South Kitsap Wolves basketball squad by a final score of 35-20 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 17-0 record. They play next when they travel to Curtis for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. Sumner will play a Vikings team coming off a 59-12 non-league loss to Rogers (Puyallup, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-13.

With the loss, South Kitsap falls to 14-3 on the campaign. The Wolves host Emerald Ridge (South Hill, WA) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Emerald Ridge won 46-44 in their recent non-league bout against Puyallup (Puyallup, WA)
