Africentric Early College Nubians (Columbus, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Eastmoor Academy Warriors (Columbus, OH), 37-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Africentric Early College upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Nubians travel to South (Columbus, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, January 31. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-0.
The Warriors now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitehall-Yearling for a non-league match on Saturday, January 25. Eastmoor Academy will face a Rams squad coming off a 38-34 non-league loss to Johnstown-Monroe (Johnstown, OH). The Rams record now stands at 1-1.
