In Friday's league contest, the host Canfield Cardinals basketball team scored a big 80-43 triumph over the Austintown-Fitch Falcons.

The Cardinals (12-0) will now prepare for their contest against Howland (Warren, OH). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
