Massachusetts High School Basketball - Doherty Memorial overwhelms Burncoat

The Doherty Memorial Highlanders basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Burncoat Patriots to 36 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Highlanders now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to South for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28.
With the loss, Burncoat falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Patriots host Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 2-0.
