In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Columbia Coyotes basketball team scored a big 66-18 triumph over the Granger Spartans.
The Coyotes (16-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mabton (Mabton, WA). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 7-15 record. In their last contest, Mabton smashed River View (Kennewick, WA), 35-27, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Warden Cougars (Warden, WA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Granger will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 0-15 record after their 70-15 non-league loss to Columbia (Burbank, WA).
