The McCormick Chiefs basketball squad (McCormick, SC), was outscored 45-29 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC)
With the victory, Dixie advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Hornets host GREEN Upstate (Simpsonville, SC) to meet the Owls in a battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Owls enter the battle with a record of 1-1.
The Chiefs now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Abbeville for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 8.
