In Friday's league contest, the host Ferris Saxons basketball team scored a close 61-55 triumph over the Ridgeline Falcons.

The Saxons (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Shadle Park (Spokane, WA). The Highlanders go into the non-league contest with a 0-14 record. In their last contest, Shadle Park was tipped by Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA), 72-35, in a non-league contest.
