The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN) and the host Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN), observed Northwestern's basketball team overwhelm Wabash by a score of 68-26.

The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Carroll (Flora, IN). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 3-8 record.

In their next game, the Apaches encounter the Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 1. Wabash will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 46-37 non-league win over Cowan (Muncie, IN).
