Wisconsin High School Basketball - Delavan-Darien knocked off by Waterford

The Waterford Wolverines basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Delavan-Darien Comets to 69 in the Wolverines league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union Grove for a Southern Lakes contest on Friday, January 28. Waterford will meet a Broncos team coming off a 76-69 league loss to Elkhorn (Elkhorn, WI). The Broncos record now stands at 13-5.
The Comets (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Badger (Lake Geneva, WI). The Badgers enter the Southern Lakes contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Badger was outscored by Burlington (Burlington, WI), 56-34, in a league contest.
