With the win, Orange Grove upgrades its record to 11-13 on the season. The Bulldogs host Goliad (Goliad, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 3A Region IV District 29 bout on Friday, January 28. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Goliad lost 68-57 in their recent league bout against Aransas Pass (Aransas Pass, TX)

Next up, the Owls clash with the Taft Greyhounds (Taft, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 29 bout, on Friday, January 28. Odem will attempt to upgrade on its 18-11 season record. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 55-41 league loss to Skidmore-Tynan (Skidmore, TX).
