The James Irwin Jaguars basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Atlas Preparatory School Gryphons to 19 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Jaguars now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ellicott for a 3A Tri-Peaks contest on Thursday, January 27. James Irwin will meet a Thunderhawks team coming off a 49-39 league win over Manitou Springs (Manitou Springs, CO). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 9-2.
The Gryphons (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Colorado Springs School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Kodiaks enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record.
