The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils basketball team (Grosse Pointe, MI), was toppled 39-21 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Port Huron Northern Huskies (Port Huron, MI)
The Huskies now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dakota for a Macomb Area - Red battle on Monday, January 31. Port Huron Northern will confront a Cougars team coming off a 57-37 league win over Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 10-3.
The Blue Devils (1-10) will now prepare for their battle against Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Norsemen come into the Macomb Area - Red battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Grosse Pointe North beat Dakota (Macomb, MI), 59-51, in a league battle.
