The Macon County Bulldogs (Montezuma, GA) basketball felled the visiting Stewart County Royal Knights (Lumpkin, GA), 41-32 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Manchester (Manchester, GA). The Blue Devils go into the A Public Region 5 test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, Manchester thwarted Marion County (Buena Vista, GA), 71-30, in a league test.
The Royal Knights now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they travel to Chattahoochee County for a A Public Region 5 test on Friday, January 28. Stewart County will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 51-37 non-league win over Calhoun County (Edison, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-7.
