In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Christ Episcopal School Wildcats (Covington, LA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Lutheran Gryphons (Metairie, LA), by a count of 47-10.
The Wildcats (1-10) will now prepare for their outing against Holden (Holden, LA). The Rockets go into the B District 7 outing with a 10-3 record.
The Gryphons now hold a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ecole Classique for a non-league outing on Friday, January 27. Lutheran will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 53-9 non-league loss to Fisher (Lafitte, LA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-4.
