The Hamilton-Wenham Regional Generals (South Hamilton, MA) basketball nipped the visiting Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School Hawks (Hathorne, MA), 63-58 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Generals (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Amesbury (Amesbury, MA). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 1-11 record. In their last test, Amesbury was tipped by Pentucket Regional (West Newbury, MA), 58-46, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lynn Vo-Tech for a Commonwealth - Lower test on Friday, January 27. Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 87-45 non-league win over Pioneer Charter School of Science (Everett, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-3.
