With the victory, Perrydale improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Elkton (Elkton, OR) to play the Elks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Elks come into the challenge with a record of 12-6. Elkton won 59-24 in their recent league challenge against Powers (Powers, OR)

Next up, the Mountaineers play the Oregon School for the Deaf Panthers (Salem, OR) in a 1A Casco challenge, on Thursday, January 26. Falls City/Kings Valley Charter will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 0-13 record after their 48-7 league loss to St. Paul (St. Paul, OR).
