Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Suttons Bay Norsemen (Suttons Bay, MI), 64-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Frankfort upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Panthers host Onekama (Onekama, MI) to play the Portagers in a Northwest bout on Friday, January 27. The Portagers go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Onekama lost 72-43 in their recent league bout against Glen Lake (Maple City, MI)

Next up, the Norsemen play the Leland Comets (Leland, MI) in a Northwest bout, on Friday, January 27. Suttons Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record.
