Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Morningside Monarchs (Inglewood, CA), 70-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Leuzinger upgrades its record to 17-7 on the season. The Olympians host Inglewood (Inglewood, CA) to play the Sentinels in a Ocean bout on Friday, January 27. The Sentinels go into the bout with a record of 12-10. Inglewood won 59-48 in their recent league bout against Centennial (Compton, CA)

In their next game, the Monarchs face the Beverly Hills Normans (Beverly Hills, CA) in a Ocean game, on Friday, January 27. Morningside will attempt to move on its 4-15 season record. The Normans enter the game with a 13-8 record after their 80-22 league win over Hawthorne (Hawthorne, CA).
