In Wednesday's league outing, the St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA), by a margin of 64-55.
The Golden Knights (19-8) will now prepare for their outing against Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA). The Wolverines go into the Mission outing with a 24-1 record. In their last outing, Harvard-Westlake defeated Chaminade (West Hills, CA), 70-53, in a league outing.
The Cubs now own a 14-12 record. They play next when they travel to Chaminade for a Mission outing on Friday, January 27. Loyola will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 70-53 league loss to Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 16-11.
