The Trojans now possess a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saltillo for a 5A Region 1 battle on Friday, January 27. New Hope will confront a Tigers team coming off a 63-56 league win over Columbus (Columbus, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 17-7.
The Green Wave (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Columbus (Columbus, MS). The Falcons come into the 5A Region 1 battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Columbus was nudged by Saltillo (Saltillo, MS), 63-56, in a league battle.
