Nevada High School Basketball - Pyramid Lake succumbs to Sage Ridge

The Sage Ridge Scorpions topped the host Pyramid Lake Lakers basketball team by a final score of 71-55 in Wednesday's league game.
In their next game, the Scorpions face the Excel Christian Warriors (Sparks, NV) in a 1A Western game, on Saturday, January 28. Sage Ridge will attempt to move on its 7-10 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 1-6 record after their 63-26 league loss to Smith Valley (Smith, NV).
With the defeat, Pyramid Lake moves to 6-7 on the year. The Lakers host Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV) to face the Bighorns in a 1A Western game on Friday, January 27. The Bighorns enter the game with a record of 8-6. Oasis Academy won 46-40 in their recent non-league game against Coleville (Coleville, CA)
