San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves (San Jacinto, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting California Military Institute Rough Riders (Perris, CA), 72-20 in a league bout.

With the victory, San Jacinto Valley Academy upgrades its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Nuview Bridge (Nuevo, CA) to play the Knights in a South Valley bout on Monday, January 30. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 3-5.

Next up, the Rough Riders play the Santa Rosa Academy Rangers (Menifee, CA) in a South Valley bout, on Friday, January 27. California Military Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Rangers come into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 57-26 league loss to Desert Christian Academy (Bermuda Dunes, CA).
