Maryland High School Basketball - Long Reach falls to Centennial

In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Centennial Eagles basketball team scored a good 49-30 triumph over the Long Reach Lightning.
In their next game, the Eagles meet the River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) in a Howard County match, on Friday, January 27. Centennial will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 11-2 record after their 50-35 league win over Hammond (Columbia, MD).
With the defeat, Long Reach moves to 3-10 on the year. The Lightning host Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD) to meet the Scorpions in a Howard County match on Friday, January 27. The Scorpions enter the match with a record of 9-6. Oakland Mills lost 56-32 in their recent league match against Glenelg (Glenelg, MD)
