California High School Basketball - Loara edges Los Amigos

The Loara Saxons (Anaheim, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Los Amigos Lobos (Fountain Valley, CA), 39-34 in Wednesday's league test.
The Saxons (4-18) will now prepare for their test against Santiago (Garden Grove, CA). The Cavaliers go into the Garden Grove test with a 13-7 record. In their last test, Santiago got by La Quinta (Westminster, CA), 42-33, in a league test.
The Lobos now own a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Bolsa Grande for a Garden Grove test on Friday, January 27. Los Amigos will encounter a Matadors squad coming off a 41-29 league loss to Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 6-16.
