In Wednesday's league outing, the Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Montour Spartans (McKees Rocks, PA), by a count of 51-27.
The Hillers (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against Indiana (Indiana, PA). The Little Indians go into the non-league outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, Indiana smashed Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA), 46-28, in a league outing.
The Spartans now hold a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to West Allegheny for a WPIAL 5A 4 outing on Monday, January 30. Montour will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 62-31 league loss to Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA). The Indians record now stands at 4-10.
