In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Mt. Ararat Eagles basketball team scored a good 45-25 triumph over the Morse Shipbuilders.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Westbrook Blue Blazes (Westbrook, ME) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 27. Mt. Ararat will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Blue Blazes enter the match with a 3-1 record after their 45-29 non-league win over Deering (Portland, ME).
With the defeat, Morse moves to 0-1 on the year.
