East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Kimball Jaguars (Tracy, CA), 54-49 in a league bout.

With the win, East Union upgrades its record to 5-10 on the season. The Lancers travel to Oakdale (Oakdale, CA) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Friday, January 27. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-14. Oakdale lost 55-32 in their recent league bout against Sierra (Manteca, CA)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Manteca Buffaloes (Manteca, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 27. Kimball will attempt to upgrade on its 16-6 season record. The Buffaloes go into the bout with a 17-7 record after their 31-26 league loss to Central Catholic (Modesto, CA).
