California High School Basketball - Placer trounces Oakmont

The Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) basketball crushed the host Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA), 74-32 in Wednesday's league test.
The Hillmen (10-11) will now prepare for their test against Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Bruins go into the test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Ponderosa was trounced by Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA), 66-47, in a league test.
The Vikings now own a 5-16 record. They play next when they host West Park for a test on Friday, January 27. Oakmont will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 46-43 league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 16-4.
