In Wednesday's league battle, the host Foothill Trojans soccer squad scored a close 2-0 win over the Mira Monte Lions.

The Lions (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA). The Bulldogs go into the South Yosemite - Horizon battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Golden Valley nipped Foothill (Bakersfield, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.
