Idaho High School Basketball - Taylor's Crossing beaten by Alturas Prep

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Alturas Prep Pumas basketball team scored a good 48-39 triumph over the Taylor's Crossing Eagles.
In their next game, the Pumas meet the Butte County Pirates (Arco, ID) in a 1A I High Desert match, on Friday, January 26. Alturas Prep will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 12-3 record after their 67-44 non-league win over Salmon (Salmon, ID).
With the defeat, Taylor's Crossing moves to 6-9 on the year. The Eagles travel to Grace Lutheran (Pocatello, ID) to meet the Royals in a 1A II Rocky Mountain match on Wednesday, January 31. The Royals enter the match with a record of 5-7.

John and Simon came out ready to play and each had 4 points.
Second Quarter
John and Korbin led the way in scoring to get us to half time.
Third Quarter
Simon came up big with rebounds and put backs. Kiearon got going with 6 points.
Fourth Quarter
Korbin, Simon, James and Devin kept things rolling while Kiearon sunk some huge free throws to seal the game.
